Karen Kelly in Concert March 22nd
Guild Theaterworks is proud to present "Karen Kelly", in concert, with her impersonations of Patsy Cline, Cher Bono, Marily Monroe and Lisa Minnelli. She will also delight us with Broadway tunes.
This performance will be held on March 22nd at 7 PM at the Robert Anstett Cultural Center, 515 Herbertsvcille Road Brick, NJ. A $5 donation is requested. Please make your reservations by calling 732-262-1006.

HARVEY
Harvey, was written by Mary Chase. Harvey is the classic story of Elwood P. Dowd and his best friend Harvey...an invisible six foot tall rabbit. When his sister Vera and niece Myrtle grow increasingly embarrassed by Elwood and his interactions with his invisible friend, Vera resorts to drastic measures.
She takes Elwood to Chumley's Rest to have him committed. Between Vera's rambling explanation and Elwood's charming personality a mix up occurs and Vera is committed instead!
When the error is discovered the hunt is on for Elwood and then Dr. Chumley who gets lost in the search. When everyone returns will the doctors make Harvey go away for good or could it be that having Harvey around isn't as bad as it seems?
This delightful comedy will be held at the Bob Anstett Cultural Arts Center, 515 Herbertsville Rd., Brick,on October 25, 26 & Nov.1 & 2 @7 PM & Oct. 27 & Nov. 3 @ 2 PM. This show is directed by Corey Crawford.

THE GUILD THEATREWORKS PRESENTS “THE FABULOUS FORTIES”
The Guild Theatreworks will be presenting “The Fabulous Forties” on August 28, 2013 at 7:00 pm at the Civic Center Plaza, 270 Chambersbridge Road, Brick, NJ.
You will be taken on a delightful walk through the exciting decade of the 1940s through the songs and dances that defined that era in addition to hearing first-hand accounts from some of our World War II veterans that will transport you back to a time that changed our world. You will not want to miss this entertaining and informative event.

GUILD THEATREWORKS TO HOLD OPEN AUDITIONS FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The Guild Theatreworks will be presenting a Concert of “Music From The Forties”. Open Auditions will be held on Saturday August 3, at 1 PM at the Good Shepherd Church, Route 88, (Oceean Rd.), Point Pleasant.
Please come prepared with 2 songs from the Forties. Piano accompaniment will be provided. Bring your sheet music or a CD. If you have no Forties music there will be some sheet music available at the audition.. The Concert will be held at the Brick Civic Plaza on Wednesday August 28. FMI call Ada Cole at 732-840-3515.

Jake's Women
On July 19, 20,26 and 27 at 7 PM and on July 21 and 28 at 2 PM, The Guild Theatreworks will present Neil Simon's comedy JAKE'S WOMEN at the Robert Anstett Cultural Center 515 Herbertsville Rd. in Brick.
The story is about Jake, who is more successful with fiction than with life. He faces a marital crisis by daydreaming about the women in his life.
The wildly comedic and sometimes moving flashbacks played in his mind are interrupted by visitation from the actual women.
