The Olde Tyme Radio Show is being presented by The Guild Theatreworks on Wednesday, September 12th at 7:00 at The Robert Anstett Cultural Center at 515 Herbertsville Road, Brick. Admission is free but reservations must be made by calling the Recreation Department at 732-262-1006.
The Guild will be performing programs and routines from the Golden Age of Radio, including George Burns and Gracie Allen, Abbott and Costello, Blondie, and other well know actors and formats. The shows are from the original recordings and will presented in the style of a radio broadcasting studio. So harken back to the good old days which was the foundation of many of the countries first televisions series.
Performers will include Jeri Georger, Kelly Lindstrom, Gail Sheehan, Corey Crawford, Sal Ottaviano, Janet Lynn Spahr, Cathy Murphy, Diane Hand, and many other audience favorites.
